Our tour begins on the West side of Bay Street in the comfort of our fully Airconditioned vehicle, where you meet your Tour guide at Mcdonalds opposite the Hilton Hotel and for Cruise Ship Passengers Pick up location would be at VIA Cafe right in front of the Cruise Terminal/Prince Charles Dock(Festival Place) or your location (if you select the transfer add-on).

Visit the educulture Junkanoo museum for a unique opportunity to discover, explore and celebrate the spirit of Bahamas. The Educulture Junkanoo Museum is the brainchild of Arlene Nash Ferguson, an expert on Bahamian culture and traditions.

Staged from room to room in their repurposed home, the museum’s exhibits depict an informative and interesting history of Junkanoo and The Bahamas, featuring costume pieces, traditional fabrics, music, and more. The Educulture Junkanoo Museum also offers a memorable interactive experience where you can make colorful masks, dance to Bahamian music, and maybe even meet a Junkanoo queen.

You will also visit the tasty tea, Prompted by a life-changing cancer diagnosis in 2002, Ms. Hilda Forbes returned to her roots to begin experimenting with old family bush tea recipes, whose ingredients have been used in Bahamian tradition to treat various ailments throughout the generations. Wanting to share her new-found passion, Hilda took to the streets and began selling her homemade teas and juices at local farmer’s markets throughout the island of New Providence. In 2013, following in his mother’s footsteps, a young John “Jay Jay” Forbes also discovered that restoration and rejuvenation could be found in the sanctuary of a tea blend. Tasty Teas production and visitor centre, still located in its original home in the heart of the Historic Delancy Towne district in downtown Nassau, receives 30,000 visitors annually. The facility proudly produces 11 signature tea blends and a bevy of tropical juices and iced teas.

The tour moves to the famed Graycliff wine celler; featuring over 275,000 bottles of rare and fine wines. It’s the third largest private wine collection in the world. Learn the history and stories behind the thousands of exceptional selections from the top wine-producing regions on Earth, as a Master Sommelier introduces you to the new and exotic, classic vintages and wines like the 1727 Rudesheimer Apostelwein from Bremen Ratskeller, priced at $200,000US. You also Watch, learn and sample how the number 1 meal in the Bahamas is made from fresh to the plate. Watch how Cigars are Hand-rolled. After your free time you will be driven back to your ship, hotel or private residence, depending on your selection on your booking.
